Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery 

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when you order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimations

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free local delivery is available for orders over 25 pounds within UK.

Deliveries are made from 9:00 a.m. on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

International Shipping

We DO NOT offer international shipping.

Refunds, returns and exchanges 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way,  please email us as soon as possible at jb.wultd@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
